The hope that the German soccer league (the Bundesliga) would reopen with 'some' fans allowed in the arenas?
Well...NO.
RBB did a short summary this morning (public TV from Berlin), and the Health Ministers of the sixteen German states aren't exactly supporting the plan released from the weekend.
Added to this....the Premier-Presidents (the governors) of the sixteen states are also NOT reading off the same script.
So up until the end of October.....there is no fans situation for the stadiums. The odds of something occurring for November? Yet to be seen.
