1. Via Focus business news.....there's some chatter going on about two Russian-German companies that handle energy within Germany (GAZPROM Germania.....which handles natural gas storage, and Rosneft Germany....which handles about a quarter of oil refinery business).
There is some fear that both might collapse/fail....so there is scenario-building going on....where the government (of Germany) would walk in and seize both operations.
Government having the experts to run both? No one really said that part of the situation. One would assume the employees of the two companies would be willing to continue working, and it'd be just a paperwork-drill.
2. It got mentioned that a Russian fighter episode from three weeks ago....where a couple of planes penetrated Swedish air-space....were actually carrying nuke-bombs. That has hyped up folks since the pictures were viewed.
3. Export ban started up in Russia over sunflower seeds and rapeseeds. Based on action, I would mostly say that in April/May, there's going to be an escalation on the world market....with prices jumping a good bit. They could re-start the export in mid-summer and capture a good bit of profit.
