What's likely to occur in the next five years....assuming Putin continues on?
I'm likely to believe that the business sector will go into a decline where practically nothing new is invented or marketed within the country, and the Oligarch-crowd gains some deep belief that they are smart enough to carry on without this educated 'dead-weight'.In some ways, they will eventually resemble North Korea.
