Fifteen years ago.....Quad's would have been a rare thing to see around Wiesbaden.
Today? I'd take a guess that there's at least three-thousand around the city today.
Some are standard types....some are sporty.
They are tagged and considered street-legal. Why the shift to Quads instead of motor-scooters? I think to some minor degree....people 'feel' safer. I would oppose that argument and say that it's virtually the same level of safety.
The one plus side that you do see....is that parking is a minor deal. You can fit a Quad into almost any parking spot.
A growing trend? I'd take a guess that in ten years....the Quad population will double around Wiesbaden.
