ARD (German public TV, Channel One) laid out a fairly interesting court episode unfolding today, with the Constitutional Court system in Germany.
Basically, the Fridays for the Future youth group on environmental topics....got a couple of complaints that have risen up to the top level (appearing as a minimum of three, and maybe even a 4th action).
The party they are battling? The Bundestag, and the Federal Government itself.
Odds of any of the four complaints being accepted? Unknown. They could accept all four.....they could deny all four.
If the four are accepted and eventually come in favor of the teenagers? Well....it might be curious how much chaos might be triggered at the national level.
