It came up as a 3-liner today in the news....the new Tesla factory being discussed, and the cost of the property involved.
On the map, it's about an hour southeast of Berlin, in the midst of 'nowhere' (next to an autobahn).
The figured price? 13.50 Euro per square meter. The estimated total out of what they want? Around 41-million Euro (figure close to 50-million US dollars). A pretty fair sum.
A closed deal? Well....they want the construction part of this to start up by mid-summer to mid-fall. Environmental concerns? No one has said much and it's going to be interesting if people just let concerns slide.
