State election not until 2029 (fall):
AfD leads with 42-percent.
CDU with 21-percent.
SPD with 6-percent.
BSW with 7-percent.
Greens with 6-percent.
Linke with 9-percent.
Long way away from election....but lays out the path of a problem....no one will partner with AfD...leaving the CDU (2nd place) to form a gov't with 4 partners.

At this rate the AfD won't need to partner with any of them. They'll all be left on the sidelines. They are cutting off their nose's to spite their face.
In most all polls (national/states)....there's about 10-to-15 percent of votes which go to parties which will never get to 5-percent (the minimum to get seats). So if a situation exists with 100 votes....you can toss around 10 to 15 'out'. Once AfD cross 45 (maybe even 43)....they won't need a coalition. There's a 3 eastern states where this will happen by end of 2027.
Chief issue brewing...CDU-likely voters are disenchanted. None of the remaining parties, except AfD might appeal to them. Very odd situation.
