1. Following the Chinese pneumonia stuff....I see that it came up in Hamburg news....apparently a couple of cases have been spotted today.
2. Came up in news today, over the new German property tax 'model'.....court is reviewing the Constitutionality of the written mode, and looking negative over the way it's built.
Yeah, it's a bad sign for the Bundestag if this 'model' is thrown out.
3. It came up today over the Westin hotel chain....that after the Gil Ofarim accusations....they lost several million Euro. No one can say yet if they will take the case to court. You'd have to prove cancellations strictly over his false story, and I suspect that would be difficult.
