E-Cars In Germany?

I looked up the data.....at the end of May, Germany had registered 140,713 new E-cars for 2024  (so far).

For all of 2023, the nation registered 524,219 new E-cars.

At the present pace?  Well...unless something changes....I  don't see Germany passing the 350k point by 1 Jan 2025....meaning a serious collapse in interest among Germans.

The subsidy deal?  The gov't is offering 3,000 Euro, along with a dealer incentive of 1,500 Euro.  Plainly, the money deal isn't enough.

I think they could actually double the incentive, and it still wouldn't move the public to increase the numbers.
