US workers...who are classified as functionally illiterate (low-IQ)....earn roughly the same per hour...your regular average craftsman in the UK (FT article).
Screwed-up? Well....no one says how long ago this trend started (I'm guessing already in 2006....it was heading this way).
How long can this spiral last? Thats the question I'd ask. If I were the Brit in this mess.....I would not remain.
