Frankly, on my index of caring-about stories...probably 25,000 things....this probably ranks near 24,355. But I'll offer my four observations:
First, on income....they've burned through everything and if you asked about what's left....they are probably down to the last couple million....with no Netflix deals or bath-oils-to-sell. This AM....one journalist said Harry's speaking fees have gone from the half-million-level....down to about $50,000 per speech.
Second, the debt owed to the newspaper lawsuit? Into several million, and while they say the California residence won't be sold....it'll end up being rented for a year....then in my belief....it'll be sold for some sum of money...to pay the debt.
Third, I don't think Brits care that much over either. For news hype....the Labour gov't might be happy that negativity in reporting is mostly drawn to the couple for the next six months.
Fourth and final....there are a fair number of guys in their 50s...who have an appreciation of 54-year old yacht-girls. Maybe there's some commerce to be made over the next year or two....selling 'lust' around to older Brit guys.
Fair-tale value? Well....yeah, there is that.
