This came out today....relating to the previous essay I wrote on the Coronavirus antibodies test deal.
SWR is reporting this....that a private company (Cegat) has wrapped up some tests in the southern region of Germany (Tubingen).
Antibodies results? Roughly 6,700 people tested and 8.8-percent showed Corona results. Meaning? Well....they apparently didn't have any positive test in their background but had the virus without any symptoms showing.
Probably will draw a good bit of chatter over the next week with the public TV forums and virus experts.

Hi, not sure where to post this. But do you have any insight into the proposed ban on motorcycles? You did mention it in passing a few days ago. I have a lot of biker friends and can see they are chaffed, to say the least. Cheers.
There are two discussions going on (regarding motorcycles).
One involves high-noise type motorcycles, and this is more of a EU discussion than a German one. There is talk about developing an acoustic blitz-like camera. No one says the science behind this or how far along development is. If you bring it up with regular Germans, they will say between May and September....the noise situation on weekends is a big deal. I have my doubts about how this would work or the vast amount of funding required to make it work. Knowing the EU, you can figure it'll take ten years to develop this idea.
The second one involves German political folks discussing 'off-days' for motorcyclists. The deal would be certain areas (yet to be defined) where on Sundays and holidays...no motorcyclists allowed. My take on this is that you'd toss bikers off road X and Y, and they'd then proceed to road A and B...getting those locals disturbed. My take here is that something will pass of a marginal nature...maybe allowing each state to define x-number of kilometers that will be motorcycle free just on Sundays, and see how this goes. Holidays would probably get added later.
I should note individual German states are in a discussion stage about the noisy bike problem and going to an alternate idea...confiscating the bike (strictly talk at this point). No one says how this would work. One might assume they take possession there on the street/road, and resolve the noise issue via a local mechanic of their choice, then you get the bike back by paying for the 'repair'. You the owner, would then undo the repair, and a month later on some road...have the bike confiscated and repaired yet again. You'd tire of the game and eventually give up on noisy factors.
As some Germans suggest E-cycles are solution. Harley riders would disagree.
