I noticed three interesting Germany Coronavirus items from this morning's news via Focus.
1. The experts believe as many as 50k diagnostic/detection surgical procedures were postponed in Germany because of the Coronavirus.
The same experts feel that the delay was not justified. This might get a lot of attention and discussion....but I'm guessing that the hospitals didn't want to invite health concerns.
2. The University of Hamburg went out and polled Germans on 'wanting' to take the Corona vaccine. Three months ago, it was up to around 70-percent of Germans desiring the vaccine opportunity. Now? It's dropped around 10 points, which has caused some folks to ask why?
The state with the least interested people? Bavaria, with 51-percent interested in the vaccine.
What this leads onto? More or less....an information campaign will have to start up as the first approved vaccine occurs. Political folks will have to line up and take the vaccine in front of cameras.
The odds that you might have a quarter of German adults refuse the vaccine? It's best not to bring up this scenario.
3. A demonstration took place in Hamburg over the weekend, with hookers demanding the right to reopen their 'services'. Ban rules still have the German brothels shutdown.
