This is an odd topic and worth a moment to discuss.
Officially, in the western world....Pfizer-BioNTech's vaccine and Moderna’s vaccine.
Then you have three which are still in clinical testing phases (probably not to be produced/shipped until Feb/Mar): AstraZeneca’s vaccine, Janssen’s vaccine and Novavax’s vaccine.
Then you add in efforts in Russia and China.
Then you add approximately twenty-five other companies/universities into the mix from Asia, Europe and the US. Good listing at this site.
The obvious question....will we reach a point where people start to refer to one vaccine as the 'Cadillac' version or another the '90-day wonder' (because it's only effective for 90 days)?
One might suspect by summer of 2021....this issue will be dragged out and openly discussed.
