As the draft appears in various news outlets....to be discussed tomorrow, it appears this way:
1. Somehow, the federal and state folks will mandate and monitor bus/railway traffic, and ONLY allow one-third of the capacity to be used.
How this will work? Unknown.
Does it means that thousands will be standing that at 7:30 and unable to board S-Bahn or U-Bahn or ICE trains because capacity has been reached? Probably. It might be a 90-minute wait for you each morning, and each evening.
Who would do the monitoring? That's another unknown.
All of this in the midst of winter? That's another crazy part of the rule discussion.
2. The FFP-2 mask mandate? Pretty much written in stone. If you commute to work, or shop....the paper-masks and fabric-material mask will not pass the test.
3. Mandate for home-office? If the option exists....the company/shop will have no choice but allow it to happen.
4. Extreme curfew? Not mentioned (at least not yet). If you live in a high-rate zone with Covid-19, then the 9 PM curfew is still being applied, but the idea of a nationwide 7 or 6 PM curfew hasn't been pushed to this level yet.
