It would be in the next week or two that most public pools in Germany would open up.
So my regional public TV news folks (HR).....spoke to this, and noted a new problem in the region....not enough life guards.
Key issue? You have to be certified....to be hired-up to be a life-guard.
Well....for the past two years....lot of folks were under the Covid-mess....so the certifications business slacked off.
Appears to be a massive push on the training business....at the last minute. If they fail? General comments are that hours would be cut if you don't have the life-guards there to do their duty.
