The Thing That Does Not Make Sense

Yesterday (Monday) was the 77th anniversary of the end of WW II....the end of the Nazi threat.

So here we are....77 years later, and Nazis seem to be the key threat existing? Does it make sense....even in Russia?

Russia on a destruction effort to remove 50-percent of their tank/APC inventory, and probably see 25,000 conscripts dead by the end of 2022 (minimum)?  All in an effort to hold back the evil Nazis?

I sat and pondered over this illogical moment.

For Russia, with it's oil and natural gas gimmick pretty crapped-up and sanctions likely to cripple it for a decade....where exactly is the money to rebuild the depleted military?

I would go and suggest a 20-year period about to start....where Russia (without Putin in the landscape) has to endear harsh economic realities....to rebuild.  Bridges, roads, universities, schools?  All will be cut on budgets.

Then, would they seek Nazis again in 2042?  Maybe in a rebuilt Ukraine, or in a ultra-modern Germany?  Nazis everywhere?

There's something wrong here, and you just wonder how far propaganda can take a crowd of people.....imagining Nazis on every street corner, and threatening stability of people.

It has always been my opinion, if one invokes Nazis into a debate or argument, they have already lost.

People that want to drag Nazi chatter into a talk...have never reviewed the party platform of 1932, never read over the amount of drug usage from 1938 to 1945 in the German Army, and have virtually no understanding of the 1919 to 1932 era of Germany.

I often wonder during the Covid period (2 years), if Putin closed himself off...watched a ton of WW II movies and allowed only pepped-up Soviet-enthusiasts to visit.
