There's not much to this story.....other than coming out of EU talks...a commission has written up a draft for a law. Publishing for public purposes....tomorrow..
It'll refer to "chat control."
Way it's hyped....artificial intelligence-based checks will occur with all emails, messages, chats, pictures, video, etc....on any user device. Then refer suggestive items to some EU team or country group.
As you can imagine.....it's going to hype up people a good bit. Odds of passing? I'd give it a 10-percent chance.
Funny thing to this....the US, Russia and China probably already surveil all of the EU traffic, and they could just ask them to cover without any further cost.
