CDU (winner): 42-percent
FDP: 6.9-percent
SPD: 15.6-percent
Greens: 18-percent
AfD: 4.5-percent
Linke Party: 1.7-percent (really screws them over)
If you were picking a happy group....it's the Greens outpacing the SPD. SPD? I'd say they will have a strategy sesssion to talk over the next state election (NRW, next weekend).
Some chatter suggests CDU to win over SPD (2 points).
