Early this AM (Sunday)....cops got a call in Wiesbaden to dispatch a unit or two to the Biebrich neighborhood area (over by the river). This was around 3:30 AM.
What the folks were reporting? Someone was going around and breaking car windows.
So they arrived. Roughly twenty cars had their windows broke.
Around an hour later....they found their suspect in the local city park. Young guy....17 years old.
Tool used? Well....a pick-axe. Even I will admit....it's an strange tool to lug around.
What they did with the 'kid'? Oddly enough, he was delivered to a local mental hospital ward, and is in some stage of evaluation today.
Drug neighborhood? Well....yes, that is part of the story. There are around four areas in Wiesbaden where drug activity tends to occur. I would imagine if you drug-tested him.....he was on 'something' and remembers little of the axe business.
