Five German News Stories

 1.  The EU is holding a migration summit meeting.  Right off the bat, Austria has had negative views of the discussion, and there's probably five or six countries which won't be agreeable for any progress or mutual 'feelings'.

2.  Real wages fell by 4.1-percent in 2022 within Germany....3rd straight year of this downward trend.

3.  The coalition is openly discussing an earlier pull-out of German Army personnel from Mali.

4.  Lot of discussion in Turkey over the almost 6,000 buildings which collapsed (some were fairly new and supposed to have been built with higher standards).  The belief is....a fair number were not built within the new standards, and the gov't enforcement side failed.

5.  We did have one incident of the Last Generation activists blocking a road yesterday, and a vehicle actually running over the foot of one of the activists (in Berlin).
