Hacker Talk

So some pieces of the hacker-job on the Bundestag have come out today.  The majority of news journalists have said 'no motivation is known' at this piece.  The total picture of the 20-year old student?

Well, here's this odd piece or two.....over the past two years, he appears to have questioned the political landscape and the journalist image of 'nobel' politicians (my word for it).  He took his marginal skills....mostly as a gamer, and eventually figured out a way to hack into the Bundestag system.

What does the hack suggest?  It apparently didn't take a genius to figure out why to get into the system.  This suggests that if the kid could easily get into the system.....then the Russians, the Americans, the Chinese, and probably even the Austrians.....are already within the Bundestag system.

But here's what you should worry about....the kid is politically angered and frustrated.  He feels as though he ought to do 'something' about all this business going on, and hacking was his solution.  The odds that a thousand other marginally talented kids could achieve future hacks?  It's best not to bring this up with Germans.

The fact that this didn't lead to the Russians or some professional hacker?  I think the journalists are a bit shocked.  The story doesn't end here.....it just goes into an odd direction.
