1. Court cases are brewing against the Covid vax business, and people who feel they were harmed. Two different courts are hearing cases today.
What is at the center of this....paragraph 84 of the Medicines Act says that...."the manufacturer is obliged to pay compensation if the drug prescribed, when it is used as intended, and has harmful effects that "exceed a level that is acceptable according to the findings of medical science".
Findings of science? Still debated, but the test documentation going back to 2020 is likely to be dragged out. If lacking...it might not be helpful for the companies involved.
2. Lot of chatter going on....with the German Army likely being pulled out of Mali earlier than anticipated. It won't be anything like the American pull-out of Afghanistan. It won't surprise me if they convoy out to the west....leaving in the middle of the night.
3. So dyslexia comes up today....in the nature of the Abitur (school) graduate certificate. It's been done in the past to note on the certificate that spelling performance was waivered and noted on the certificate....due to dyslexia.
Well.....some folks challenged this and it's in front of the German Constitutional Court now....whether you can note this and just skip around the subject.
Seems logical if this is accepted.....you could also note this in a university degree and waiver a kid on dyslexia as well. I guess I better not suggest that idea.
