First, from that Neuschwanstein Castle murder (American)....I discussed two weeks ago....the police (according to Focus) have assembled most of the story for the accused guy (from Detroit, visiting tourist in Germany).
He came to Germany to meet some German gal that he'd met online. As he'd arrived.....the online gal had 'dropped' him (reasons not given). So this was not really what you'd call a tourist trip but a romance-trip that didn't progress.
The court stuff? It appears that the US will not put charges up, and Germany will charge the guy....unless it's proven that he is mentally unfit.
2. Starting in early July, German doctors will be able to prescribe a 'E-prescription'....meaning some pharmacy will fill your order by electronic means from the doctor's office.
