Mid-Day Coronavirus Update in Germany

There were two interesting stories out of Focus here at noon, in Germany:

1.  The German government said in a blunt way, that any EU country that puts you on quarantine while visiting (on a vacation).....will result in you staying the entire quarantine in that country.  They won't make any effort to get you out, and doing the home-quarantine thing in Germany.  This mostly affects the Germans at a Spanish resort hotel, who felt that the government should make a special effort to bring them 'home'.

Personally, I think there there was no way you could allow these people on some ship, plane or train.....to further complicate things.

2.  At some point around noon in Frankfurt.....the authorities stepped in with police and stopped a high-speed ICE train from continuing on.  It appears that some guy was fairly 'sick' and they think it's the virus. Affected?  So far, according to Focus reporting....around 300 passengers on the train.

I suspect that the police will gather names, and location on the train.....to keep in a database if anyone else shows symptoms.  At the end of that (figure two hours), I suspect they will release the train.  But they might call in a hazmat team to sanitize that one single car as well.
