1. Started this AM in Berlin....down to 25,000 homes without power. Oddly, they now admit this is the longest power outage (in Germany) since 1945....for the city.
450 extra police now patrolling the 3 'quarters' around the clock....to prevent looting....using federal and state police. Local cops even said that horse patrols will be added.
As of this AM....near 1,400 commercial businesses still with no power.
2. Germany admits for 2024.....7,000 accidents were caused by people without a license, with 93 dead. They also say on check-ups/accidents....they convicted near 40,000 individuals without a license.
3. VW says the new ID will have an entirely new/radical look (like a cockpit).
4. Julie Kockner (CDU member, president of the Bundestag)....now considered most popular politician in Germany.
