Four interesting things:
1. The true (complete) repair for the damage done....figures to be mid-to-late Feb. Everything done this week....is simply to bring basic power back on.
2. Direct quote from power company: "The electricity grid and connections don't generally follow the logic of the streets." So you may have one house up, and house next to it...is NOT on the same grid (thus down).
3. There is NO graphic to show zones up/down. You would think at this point of the modern era.....some App-writer would have easily designed this over a weekend. What you have is a generalized neighborhood map....colored-up to appeal to a viewer.
4. 18 schools are shut-down in the affected zone....with open-status being determined each day...if power has come back or not.
