School started back up in the past week, in a couple of German states, and a major chaos is being openly discussed.
Problem? Boys who prefer to wear sweat-pants to school....instead of jeans/pants.
Female teachers say there needs to be a clear rule coming down from state authorities. I don't think the state folks really want to get into this issue.
Just boys? Well....see, this is not clear. Last year, I notice a few teenage girls who'd gone to the trend as well.
Can schools establish a ban on clothing? Yes, but it's just awful rare that they crank up a ban rule.
