Mannheim cops got a call....domestic argument brewing.
So they show up at the house, and here is a 31-year old guy all aggravated and threatening his mother (55 years old). Apparently, he's holding a knife and as the cops 'bust' in......the mother already has some wounds on her hands from the guy's behavior.
Cops give some type of warning, and the guy doesn't get the 'jest' of the situation. One gets the perception that he's still flinging the knife around.
So the cop then fire a round into the guy's leg. Guy goes to the floor, and later dies from the single gunshot wound (blood circulation probably damaged).
The thing is....this is the second time in two weeks that Mannheim cops have arrived at a situation, and some guy has ended up dead (first guy was roughed up in getting him to the ground).
Some hyped-up feelings in the region that brutality is involved. Both events will be investigated to the ninth-degree.
