Starting 2 April....there's new state regulations on the Covid mask wear.
The new deal? You only have to wear the mask if in a hospital/clinic, on a subway/bus/train, or in a retiree home.
Stores or just plain interiors? No.
The question is....since everyone has been 'hyped-up' (trained) to wear the mask....will they just quit...because the state dropped the mandate?
I personally doubt it.
You still need to carry a mask around with you (in your purse or pocket) because of the potential of getting car-trouble and having to ride the bus home.
In a grocery? I would imagine that 80-percent of people will continue to wear a mask.
The odds of the mask mandate coming back in October? Oh, I'd put up a hundred Euro on that bet happening. The mask will likely return, and be a permanent part of 'life'....making the fall of each year a big deal.
Covid still a highly contagious virus? If you look at the 7-day rate....yeah, it's still a big deal. What most people now describe as the effect? It's like a 3-star cold, and most are over the effect by the 5th day. Yes, you still have that one person out of forty who has long-Covid symptoms, and I doubt that this ever goes away.
So you have about two more weeks of the mask to endear.
