What is generally said today....there's a fourth Russian general dead.
Major General Oleg Mityaev, who headed up the Russia Army 150th Motorized Rifle Division.
What you tend to notice (from the first three killed, and probably will be the story with this guy)....these generals are having to lead their operations....instead of being in a command center (protected).
Reason for this? Typically.....you find this strategy used when you believe your junior officers (from Colonel on down to Lt) are incapable of leading or making decisions.
Adding to the burden of the military? Well....the number two guy will move up. He'll take on the position, but he's likely reviewing the strategy and a bit fearful of being a 'front-target'. He's also painfully aware that he's now on a target list.
