The Hessen state government met today and agreed the regional ban rule of night curfew (to start next Friday).
But it's reserved for cities with the "incidence value of 200 new corona cases per 100,000 inhabitants per week is permanently significantly exceeded." So you could get off the list....but your numbers would have to change.
What towns are affected? Well....presently Main-Kinzig, Offenbach, Gross-Gerau, and Wiesbaden.
Time for the curfew? 9 PM to 5 AM.
Other ban rules? Well, they said that consumption of alcohol (general public places and selling it) 'around the clock' (typically meaning 24 hours a day)....is forbidden.
So if you stop at a gas station along the way home after 9 PM.....even there, they can't sell you beer or wine.
Affecting me? Well....yeah, I'm in the suburbs of Wiesbaden and I'm under the curfew as well.
