Around on Friday, in my local town of Wiesbaden....this curious confrontation started up.
What the cops can say is that around 8 PM...some guy (mid-50s) was at some food stand, and some 30-year old guy stepped up within the social distance situation (1.5 meters). Based on the police report....things didn't go well.
The older guy started talking tough about this social distance violation.
As the Wiesbadenaktuell folks tell the story.....words were exchanged. No one says insults but you get the impression that it got pretty heated.
Then the shocker....the older guy pulls out a pepper spray device and sprays over the younger guy. Cops get the call, and it's a injury of some type to the younger guy.
The problem now? Well....you could actually get the charge of dangerous bodily harm, meaning jail-time.....over social distancing issues.
You can imagine this guy getting convicted, and showing up in jail....to which the other guys there asking how he got there, and he'll just respond that someone got into his social distance, and he didn't like it.
