The Chancellor/16 Premier-Presidents meeting ended yesterday.....with some agreed upon national points, but mostly divided up into sixteen state positions. The chief point you could take out of the Covid-19 meeting? The stringent lockdown ban rule list (active since early November and extremely locked-down since mid-December....continues on until the 1st of February.
The new changes added to the list....at least here in Hessen (my local state)?
1. Any meeting in a public place (even a city park) is limited to members of one single household, and one 'guest' (friend of the family, neighbor, aunt, etc). Kids under 14 don't count in this ban rule.
2. If you live in a hot-spot....the curfew is now 24 hours a day.....seven days a week (not just after 9 PM in the rest of the state).
Hot-spot? If you live in a town where the past seven days have averaged 200 new infections per 100,000 residents....you are a hot-spot.
3. Hot-spot people are limited to a 15-kilometer circle that they can go and travel to (unless you are going to work, or have some emergency). If live in such a town and are found 17 kilometers away by the police with no legit reason to be that far from home? A fine.
