RBB (regional public TV news for Berlin-City) announced the take-down of the 'chocolate-mafia'.
Some type of search/raid took place and what the police found amounted to around 700 bars of chocolate that had been stolen over a period of time from local stores in the Berlin area.
All of this went to a shoplifting episode, and belief that more stolen stuff was in the apartment of the person they'd detained.
The picture? Well....it was a fairly big table and chocolate stacked up to 20 in each column.
Charges? They skip that part...I'm guessing it's a juvenile and it'll be quietly handled.
The odds that the person ate half of what he stole? Well....that's possible. The person might have started with well over 2,000 bars....you just don't know.
