I sat and looked at a HR (public TV for Hessen) report today.
Two regions in Hessen are sitting up some type of 'crash' course on how to 'work' at retirement homes.
Calling them 'crisis' workers....the Bergstraße district is in some kind of training situation.
What you end up being educated on? Well....how to handle eating, hygiene situations, and getting residents from room to room.
Training requirements? You must be a minimum of 15 years old, and it'll be roughly half-a-day of training.
All of this....perhaps preparing for 15 March (the cut-off for vaxed-status for retirement home workers)? It just makes one curious.
They avoided saying you need to be vaxed, but it just makes one wonder about that part.
