Over the weekend, if you viewed political comments....Bavaria's Premier-President Soder (CSU) made a comment to suggest that the lockdown ban-rules could go on....past 30 June.
Right now, under the passed legislation....the stringent lockdown rules kinda end at 30 June.
Was Soder looking to excite people? Well....some journalist asked the question and he gave a logical answer.
Right now, if you polled a thousand Germans....I'd suggest that 99.9-percent of them want the lockdown situation dumped when the infection rate appears to be low.
The idea that we will never get away from Covid infections? You just don't see anyone ever suggesting that this type of era will exist. Even with the vaccination business, no one is suggesting a total end.
My expectations with the lockdown rules? They will end on 30 June, and no one will bring up the discussion until the day after the September federal election. Then someone will note infections are creeping back up, and within 30 days of the election results....we will be back in the lockdown/shutdown situation once again.
