Cruise Ships and the Coronavirus

In about 90 days, I'm supposed to go on a cruise.  Since this Coronavirus business has come up, I'm now engaged on the potential scenario where one single person on this vessel will come up with the virus and show symptoms on the 7th and last day of the stupid cruise.

In this case, the vessel would dock in Amsterdam, and we'd be locked down for two weeks.  So they could ensure, the virus wasn't passed around.

The problem with this is that at moderate temperatures.....the bacteria is around for a period of four to six days (if you use current data).  So midway through this two week quarantine period.....you could come into contact with someone who has the virus, and touched some hallway edge, and passes it onto the next person, and delay the quarantine another two weeks, and thus the virus continues to limit you exiting....for possibly six to eight weeks.

Sitting on a quarantine cruise ship for two months?  Who pays for this?  The list of issues goes on and on.
