The Hitler Son Story

About a month ago, it came up in the Brit press over a French guy who claims to be the son of Adolph Hitler.  This week, the story finally arrived in Germany....via Focus, and is told.  Why it takes four weeks for the story to start being told in Germany....is a virtual unknown, and I'll let you be the judge.

Why I didn't essay the topic a month ago?  A great deal of doubt over the story, and the side-story to this coming up now?  Well....a Russian commercial TV network is behind the telling of the story and the DNA test involved.  Yeah....it just has that smell of a good but fake story.

So....here is the basis to the story.....French dude....Jean Loret of Quentin....said he is the son of Hitler.  This came about because of a hot passionate love affair with a young French gal and the youthful Hitler in WW I.

In the middle of this tale.....Hitler is suffering (long told often said to be fact) from  a condition in which one or both of the testes fail to descend from the abdomen into the scrotum.  In this case, you can't produce kids.

A recent story?  Well....this actually started up in the 1970s as the original descentent tried to tell the story, and had a book written over his suggestion.  Historians, bluntly, didn't believe his story.

The new attempt?  Well....it'd require DNA testing.  The old guy (original son) is dead (1985).  So it's on his grandson (now 62 years old) to continue the hype and story.  The remains of Hitler?  There's some question over whether the Russians really had his remains.

I've read different accounts by historians and would say that it's barely 50-50 on whether they have the actual real remains of Hitler and this DNA test could be conducted as valid.

The French mother in this case?  She readily admitted when the son was born....it was a situation involving a German soldier from 1917.

The science folks will say that it's awful rare (they won't say impossible) for a guy with organ problem that Hitler had.....to produce kids.

What happens if the DNA agrees?  That would bring into play some differing historians standing there in disbelief and trying to figure out the whole story here.

So, it is a great story to sit around with a beer and discuss the young Hitler and his lusty affairs with French women.  Beyond that....it just sounds like a fake story.  Course, maybe the Russians never got to the real body of Hitler and what they have is a fake body story to start with.
