Dead Soldier Story

 At some point today, it was discussed that Russia was paying 11,000 Rubles per each dead Russian soldier....amounting to 98 Euro.

I spent a fair amount of time looking over the story....it came from a Ukraine source.

So what the Russian government says (yet to be proven factual), is that they are paying 1-million Rubles per each dead solder (amounting to 8,916 Euro).  

So I tend to think the 1-million Ruble story is mostly correct (BS-meter, near 3 on a scale of 1 to 10).  

However, for these mothers.....will the million Rubles be paid shortly, in three months, or in a form of promise note for a year in the future?  Unknown.  

This pleasing the mothers of the conscripts?  Don't count on it.
