Airport story

There was a good article up on HR (our public TV network of Hessen), which talks to the declining business situation for the Frankfurt Airport.  I strongly recommend the piece.

Basically....over the week or two....a slow-down in traffic has been noticed, and it'll probably continue for the Airport (one of the busiest in Europe).....both in passengers and cargo.

Normally, 4.4 million passengers would transit in a normal year.

Just taking a humble guess, but I would suggest that by the end of March....passenger traffic will be half of what it was a year ago, and it might even decline more.  There's just not that much interest in vacation planning, and the big months of June, July and August.....will see dismal airline traffic.
