1. Total infected? ARD (public TV) reports 530. Still zero deaths.
2. It did get brought up that quarantines are mandated upon an individual by a doctor. If the person does not comply.....the doctor or local authority will put the police force upon the individual. The police measure? No one has said in detail but the suggestion is that some hospitals exist in each state with lockable hallways and you would be dumped at the hospital and locked for the period of the quarantine.
3. Loss of wages? This got brought up today, and workers are supposed to be paid their normal pay-checks. Employers would then be compensated by the government in some way. If you were a private guy and operating your own cafe? Unknown.
4. The news media is pretty direct on the use of masks.....that they are useless, unless used by medical staff in a clinic or hospital situation.
5. For reference, 120,000 Germans have had 'plain regular' flu (confirmed by tests) since October of 2019. Total dead from 'plain regular' flu? Roughly 200.
