Virus 'Fight'

Germans are getting a bit intense over the virus business.

Today....there's some story that a grocery operation up in the north of the country had this customer who'd loaded up 50 'packets' of flour into the court and wanted the clerk to ring him up.

The clerk reviewed the situation and just said 'no'.....there's a store limit of 20.

How much flour is this?  If you were doing a average of two 'bakings' per week....it's probably enough (50) to last six to eight months.  Most Germans buy their bakery goods....rather than bake themselves.

So what happens at this point in this episode.....the customer (a German guy) gets all peeved, and then the clerk (another German guy) gets vocal.  Then, a physical situation starts up (pushing and shoving).

It's not typical at a German grocery to see this type of action.

Cops get called, and put both guys to a rest.  An investigative report was opened.  My guess....some judge will have to review the case and decide if anyone deserves jail time.

But this tense nature going back to worries over the virus?  Yes.
