In the past week, both Baden-Wurttemberg and Rhineland Pfalz finished up the coalition process from their election business (March).
Baden-Wurttemberg? They ended up in a coalition situation with the CDU as their junior partner.
The Pfalz? The SPD ended the coalition process....forming with the Green Party and FDP as junior partners.
Shockers? No. You could make the case that the CDU has stumbled a good bit and has fewer seats in each state assembly. Beyond that....the two states appear in a stable situation.
