The War: 15 Mar 2022 (AM)

 1.  Putin has signed a law that says foreign owned planes in Russia....can be seized and reused by Russia.  Getting parts for them? Zero.  Operating them beyond Russia airspace? It'll probably never happen.

2.  Slovakia gave 'leave-orders' to three Russian embassy folks, supposedly for espionage (Focus says).

3.  Some people/analysts....are suggesting that Putin is now on plan 'C'.  I would beg to differ....he's probably on plan 'F' by this point.  I would even suggest some military generals are tired of the daily meetings with him and continually changing ideas.

4.  Lot of chatter in Germany yesterday over escalating gas prices.  Ministry of Finance is suggesting some type of formula where 20 cents (or more) is carved off the current situation (E-10 fuel is around 2.12 Euro per liter).  Some CDU folks are suggesting 30 cents or more.

5.  Last night on the 'Hart Aber Fair' public chat forum show (ARD, Live).....the head of the SPD Party (left of center) spoke that nothing is off the table, and that it's possible that NATO troops end in the Ukraine.  It was a shocker that she'd go that far and suggest this.

6.  Oddly enough, German grocery shelves are short now on sunflower oil (most was imported from Ukraine).

7.  If you look at bomb blasts on apartment buildings in the Ukraine....even if peace comes....there's a massive housing problem for a decade, and Ukrainians into the millions will be living in bordering countries for an extended period.

8.  The separatist folks (pro-Russia) in the Ukraine?  They have to be looking at the destructive landscape and asking themselves....what exactly is it that we get in the end?  It's my humble guess that more than half of them will pack up and leave the Ukraine by the end of 2022....for 'mother-Russia'....because of destroyed cities and lack of jobs.  What they'll find in Russia?  A economically spiraling country.
