So, four German states are about to amend the law and say if traveling in a car....having a smoke, if there are kids or a pregnant women onboard.....you are in violation of a state law.
States of Germany involved: Hamburg, Bremen, Lower Saxony, and Schlesweg-Holstein.
Could the pregnant woman smoke? No....that's a violation.
So if you were a smoker, you have continually assess your situation....if in these four states. Need a smoke? Stop by the side of the road.
