Tesla Open?

As of yesterday, cars started to roll off the assembly line here in Germany.

Big deal?

Chancellor Scholz showed up....along with a fair-sized entourage.  Musk gave the big thumbs-up.

So my gut feeling?

Two years ago, the construction started.  A lot of people would have made the bet that environmentalists would have halted the project.....not by days or weeks, but months and years.  The federal government basically slapped every single attempt to hinder the project.

There just hasn't been any real attempt to bring western industry into the former DDR (East Germany).  For a lot of older East Germans.....they've been frustrated over the development of jobs.

12,000 jobs in the mix?  Yeah.

All of this positive for the Tesla stock?  Well....it went up 3.3-percent yesterday.  I admit it's off it's peak (Oct of 2021, it was up just over a 1,000 Euro.....today, it rests at 858 Euro per share).
