In about a month (4th of September)....a rock concert will occur in Dusseldorf, Germany. Bryan Adams is scheduled, along with the group Boss Hoss, and Sarah Conner. The event is entitled: Give Life a Chance.
Right now, the city will allow up to 13k tickets to be sold...with hygiene and social distancing rules applied to the event.
Trouble?
The regional health minister along with a host of virus experts....aren't that happy over the event. Political folks are also getting into the discussion as well.
Cancellation odds? Right now, no one says much.
The application of every single ban rule? Yep....they laid out the template, and the organizers went by every single rule in place. Unless the NRW state health minister invents a new rule or two....the concert will occur.
The odds that some virus 'surge' will occur out of this concert? You have to do the math on 13k people, and figure at a minimum....at least a hundred people will be identified over the week after the concert with the virus. If you ever wanted to do a massive test of the new German Corona-App....this would be a five-star moment to test it and see if it's up to the task.
