More EU Regulation

The EU wrote up a new regulation.....if you are a company making 750 million Euro or more....you have to report where you file taxes, your net gain/loss, your profit, and how much you paid.

To be challenged in court?  More than likely.

The one issue I see....from year to year....companies take losses and declare them for tax purposes.  So if you had x-company declare a particular year as a serious loss....then report it on this EU form (with these politicians reading it).....they might come back to you in some way....to ask why you did the loss for this year, and not last year?

They might also start to dig into your losses, and ask stupid questions....which lead to EU authorities wanting an investigation over why this loss occurred, and how the tax laws of this country or that country....helped you avoid paying your 'fair' share.

Companies aren't stupid....every time you add some government agenda with more measures in the mix......you put cost onto a product or service.  The idea that 'they' are paying the taxes?  No....it's you the consumer who covers their taxation, and they figured that out long ago....passing you the cost via the sum at the counter.

It might be curious....if someone made a regulation that the EU had to track how it spends money and report this yearly to the general public.
