Well.....HR (our public TV folks) says the announcement came up today, and the closure period in sometime in mid-September.
Amount spent to run the 28 centers in Hessen? Around 640 million Euro.
They suggest that at the sixty-percent point....the state has done it's duty, and from that point on....it's private clinics/doctors carrying the program on.
